I am Mangala Mai Thảo, a restorative balancing yoga instructor, singing bowl trainer, and Reiki teacher in the traditional lineage.

After some time practicing community yoga classes, I wanted to dive deeper into asanas, breathing techniques… and find something to help me escape depression and stagnation.

Through many fortunate connections, I became a therapeutic yoga instructor in the classical Sivananda yoga lineage. After a period, I discovered singing bowls, integrating their sound into yoga and meditation sessions to help students improve focus and achieve deep relaxation.

For me, yoga is the journey home to one’s true self.
